Mortgage rates hit another record low for the thirteenth time this year. Following the trend of the 10-year Treasury yields, the 30-year fixed-rate mortgage fell by 12 percentage points to an average of 2.72% from 2.84%.

"A market defined by intense demand for relatively tight supply pushed both month-over-month and quarterly home value growth to levels not seen since 2005. And sales and price growth are expected to remain elevated well into 2021."
