TRICK OR TREAT DATES AND TIMES IN GREATER CINCINNATI Spooky season has arrived, which means the return of the time-honored tradition: trick-or-treating. Soon, children across the region will suit up in their finest costumes to make the honorable trek for their favorite candies. For most communities, trick or treat, called Beggars' Night by some, occurs from 6-8 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 31, or Halloween night. Some areas, however, have adjusted the hours.
