GREATER CINCINNATI HOLIDAY MARKET RETURNS IN NOVEMBER

It might only be the beginning of October, but the holiday season is already on the brain. Plus, it’s never too early to shop for loved ones, especially at the return of the Greater Cincinnati Holiday Market at its interim location at the Sharonville Convention Center.

Cincinnati’s favorite holiday shopping event takes place from Friday-Sunday, Nov. 8-10, and will feature over 230 vendors. Local boutiques will be set up to offer a variety of handmade gifts, decor, apparel, toys, gourmet food and baked goods and more to get you in the holiday spirit.

Marketplace Events (MPE) produces the Greater Cincinnati Holiday Market, which hosts hundreds of local and regional boutiques and vendors for a weekend of holiday and gift shopping each November at the Duke Energy Convention Center downtown. Because the convention center is now closed until 2026 to undergo extensive renovations, the Holiday Market will be moved to the Sharonville Convention Center for the 2024 and 2025 events.

“We are so grateful to be hosting the Queen City’s favorite holiday show at a wonderful new location this year,” said Kelly Scott, the Greater Cincinnati Holiday Market's show manager, in a press release. “The Greater Cincinnati Holiday Market truly kicks off the holiday season, and we are bringing you two amazing levels of festive fun to explore! The convenience and accessibility of the Sharonville Convention Center will only enhance your experience this year. You will enjoy an unforgettable weekend full of holiday cheer while supporting your favorite local businesses, all in one place, one weekend only, November 8-10. I can’t wait for you to join us!”

Other event highlights include festive photo opportunities, live carolers, giveaways and the chance to get a selfie with Santa Claus. The nonprofit Cincinnati Sound Chorus will be performing live during select hours of the market.

There will also be several chances to win gift cards and unique items throughout the show, including the hourly Merry Money drawings where guests can win $25 gift cards that can be used at any vendor during the show weekend. You can also win unique giveaways from vendors on the official Cincy Holiday Market Facebook page leading up to and on-site at the show. Products include jewelry, treats, candles, decors and more.

And when your feet are lagging and your arms are tired from carrying shopping bags, take a break to grab a bite and a cup of coffee, a cocktail or a glass of wine from the concessions area, food court or food trucks on site.

If you want to shop before the crowds, you can buy a VIP ticket to receive early access to the market from 9 a.m. to noon Friday, Nov. 8. There will also be early-bird hours on Saturday from 9-11 a.m.

Sharonville Convention Center, 11355 Chester Road, Sharonville. To learn more, see the full schedule or buy tickets, visit cincinnatiholidaymarket.com. Buy your tickets online to save $1 through Nov. 7.
