Constructed by the Texas A&M Traditions Club, this record-breaking edible structure measured an impressive 60 feet by 42 feet and stood over 20 feet tall. Covering an area of 2,520 square feet, the house used a staggering amount of ingredients, including 1,800 pounds of butter, 7,200 eggs, 3,000 pounds of sugar, and 7,200 pounds of flour, along with 22,304 pieces of candy for decoration. It was certified by Guinness World Records as the largest gingerbread house, with a calorie count exceeding 35.8 million! This sweet marvel was not just a visual treat but also served as a charitable project, raising over $150,000 for a local hospital.
