The Hamilton, Butler, and Warren County market remains competitive as home sales dipped in July, according to the REALTORS® Alliance of Greater Cincinnati July 2022 Market Report. Despite the dip, the active inventory is up 3.1% from July 2021.
“This business is ever-changing, and that’s what we see happening. Everyone always asks, ‘how’s the market?’ I answer, “almost normal!” Rates are in the single digits,” says Kay Edwards, REALTOR® Alliance of Greater Cincinnati President. “It is still a great time to sell and even a better time to buy!”
