REAL ESTATE UPDATE
Existing-home sales eased in March, while inventory continued to edge higher, according to the National Association of REALTORS® Existing-Home Sales Report. The latest data shows a spring market shaped by limited supply, steady home price growth, and buyers still watching affordability closely. For March 2026, existing-home sales reached a seasonally adjusted annual rate of 3.98 million, the median sales price was $408,800, and inventory stood at a 4.1-month supply. Prices increased 1.4% year-over-year, while inventory rose 0.1 months compared to March 2025. National Snapshot
